Quick and efficient for a bad tire sensor that went out on my Cadillac DTS and a four wheel alignment that I requested. They did not attempt to oversell on what I asked them to do. Only performed the service i requested and needed.
I’ve been going to JJ’s for a couple of years and have always had great service with no surprises! I had my brakes worked on last year, and needed to bring it in for some adjustments recently. They worked on them and finally needed to replace the rotors and pads…at NO extra charge! They could have taken advantage of the situation, but were honest enough to do the work that was still under warranty. Thanks guys!
I’ve brought my vehicle in two other times for repairs and each time I have received nothing but top notch service and this last time was just as excellent as the first two times. My 2012 Challenger RT threw a code at me for a bad "Engine Oil Pressure Sensor Switch" and I contacted Angelo for some guidance & set an appointment for the next day. You do not want to drive around with this type of check engine code activated on an 11 year old vehicle. Repairs were completed that same day at a reasonable rate; and bonus, Jeff the Mechanic took care of my car with great care - thank you! My Family takes all our cars to JJ's and we'll continue to do so - you should too.
